PROCESSING TIME

All BRNB pieces are handcrafted with real botanicals and made to order in small batches. Please allow for up to 4 to 7 business days for your order to process before we ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. 

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship within the United States. 

Standard Shipping (US GROUND ADVANTAGE) | 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Expedited Shipping (US Priority Mail) | 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or periods of high volume.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.

PACKAGING 

Every BRNB order is carefully wrapped and packaged with intention. We use protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Each order includes a care card to help you to preserve your BRNB pieces for years to come. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
